ADVANCED APPLIED STRATEGY LUXURY STRATEGY FINAL PROJECT
The assignment was to develop a case study for our brand of choice and provide an improvement in strategy to be made. Bottega Veneta has been a brand that I consistently admired and keep up with and was the obvious choice for this project. I recommended a rejuvenation strategy for Bottega where they cultivate a closeness to the arts by opening an art foundation in Milan. This foundation would create a platform for exhibitions, visionary curation, workshops, and cultural events. This taps into Bottega's identity and the brand's love and admiration for art and craftsmanship. Submitted: May 2023 - Grade Recieved: B *Note: During October 2023, 4 months after my project was submitted, Bottega announced that they are opening a school of artisans in Italy. While it is not exactly the same as my project, it is a great attempt of the brand fostering their admiration of art and craftsmanship.
